Thoracic Surgery

Introduction

The department of Thoracic Surgery is the oldest of its kind in the country. It was established since 1948. Many well reputed surgeons have contributed their precious services to the department and their efforts have made it possible to make it a leading unit in the country.

The department is working day and night to serve the patients with excellence. A clean and friendly environment in addition with highly qualified staff helps in serving our mission. Currently Dr. Ali Raza Khan is working as the Head and Chief of the Thoracic Surgery Unit. His leadership is enhancing and nourishing the capabilities of the unit with new and novel techniques. Dr. Hamid Hassan is also giving his valuable time for the better management of the patients.

Our vast experience, modern techniques and highly qualified surgeons and staff can provide the intricate knowledge of Thoracic surgery to the undergraduate as well as post-graduate students.
