Introduction

Urology Department Gulab Devi Hospital was established in March 2018.We are taking care of outdoor patients in all working days and emergency daily. We have twenty bedded ward and fully equipped operation theatre for open as well as endoscopic surgery free of cost 02 days a week.

Mission

To create an environment of mutual interest and trust in the department, so that our patients get maximum care and trainees excel within available resources.

Vission

It is newly developed department at Gulab Devi Teaching Hospital. It will be our utmost wish to establish it as a center of excellence for the treatment of poor and deserving people suffering from urinary tract diseases.

Facilities

Twenty bedded ward including offices for HOD and medical officers, at the third floor of cardiac emergency building.

Outpatient department, twice weekly in cardiac OPD building.

Operation theatre: Newly built operation theatre on the second floor of cardiac emergency building, shared with ENT department. Well equipped with anesthesia machine, OT table and LED OT lights.

Facilities for endoscopic surgeries for lower urinary tract including TURP, TURBT, Litholapaxy, Optical internal urethrotomy, and all major surgeries of urology.
